WHAT TO DO BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?
Upon booking your appointment, you will receive an email detailing all the proper before treatment practices. Please review the email and call or message me with any specific questions.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Please allow 24 hours for cancellations or rescheduling. If you fail to do so, a credit card will be required upon booking your next appointment. In addition, a $50 charge will be given to a late cancellation (less than 24 hours) as well as a no-show.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
The office is located at 618 Anacapa St. Suite 11 Santa Barbara CA 93101. There often is parking out front of the office on Anacapa. In addition, the City Lot #10 is directly across the street and can be accessed from Anacapa or Ortega St. You will have free 75-minute parking here. Additional hours are $1.50.
WHAT DO I DO WHEN I ARRIVE?
When you book your appointment, you will be given a code to enter in the downstairs door. There is an elevator or stairs that will bring you to the second floor. You will find a waiting room here. Please make yourself comfortable. If the door to Suite 11 is closed, then I am with a patient. I will be with you as soon as possible.
The bathroom is located within Suite 11. If you do need to use the restroom before your appointment time, please feel free to knock.
While you are waiting, feel free to access your patient rewards program to activate any coupons. If you are unsure how to do this, I can help you during your appointment.
